About the role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Finga’s regional operations, taking on both strategic and operational responsibilities. As the leader in your region, you will build the vision, influence your team, drive sales, and contribute to Finga’s culture and growth. You’ll be part of the company’s leadership team, impacting both local and overall strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, recruit talent, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape the company's regional and national strategy.

Who we’re looking for:

You are a natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for growth, and a drive to make things happen. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on a significant leadership role. Your experience could come from a sales-driven or leadership background, or perhaps you’re a former entrepreneur eager to make a big impact. A track record in sales or recruitment is a plus, especially within the consulting or staffing industry.

  • Proven experience in leadership, sales, or recruitment.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and lead by example.
  • A positive attitude, and a results-driven approach.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and expansion.
  • Experience in managing teams and taking responsibility for both revenue and costs.

Initial expectations: We initially see the person in this role as being willing to consult for approximately 80% of the time. We encourage applicants who are interested in working as a consultant while taking on this leadership role to apply.
