We are looking for an experienced coach for an engagement that will span a few days throughout the year
Start date: January/February 2025\ End date: December 2025\ \ Utilization (%): 10/15 days/year\ \ Location: Virtual + onsite WS (Stockholm)\ \ Job Summary:\ We are seeking an experienced and skilled coach to support our team in navigating workplace dynamics, particularly in response to strategic changes, and transforming challenging situations into opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will work with individual team members and the broader team to foster a positive mindset, enhance conflict management skills, and improve resilience when engaging with customers, colleagues, or adapting to change.\ \ Key Responsibilities:\ • Provide one-on-one coaching to team members to help them reframe challenging situations that might seems negative into positive learning opportunities.\ • Be a mentor for entire team.\ • Facilitate workshops or training sessions to enhance emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and positive communication within the team.\ • Guide the team in implementing practical techniques for maintaining an uplifting and collaborative work environment.\ • Coach team members on improving workplace relationships and building a more supportive, cooperative atmosphere.
Qualifications:\ · Proven experience as an executive coach, leadership coach, or workplace well-being coach.\ · Expertise in positive psychology, conflict resolution, Cognitive Reframing, Improving Resilience and team dynamics.\ · Strong background in emotional intelligence, mindset coaching, and resilience building.\ · Experience working in customer service environments or handling customer complaints is a plus.\ · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.\ · Certification in coaching or a related field (e.g., ICF certification) is preferred.\ · Fluent in English\ · Experience facilitating workshops with teams across multiple locations.\ \ Desired Skills:\ · Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.\ · Ability to navigate difficult conversations and promote a positive, solution-oriented mindset.\ · Experience in developing and implementing team-based coaching programs.\ \ Work Environment: This engagement will span a few days throughout the year. While it is preferred for the consultant to be onsite for the workshops, virtual participation via Microsoft Teams is also an option. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, approachable, and skilled in creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal and team growth.
