We are looking for a IT service desk technician for a customer in Landskrona

the local IT infrastructure support team, has a need for a first-second line IT service desk technician.
Details
The individual will be part of a team where 4 members are based in Landskrona and 2 in Västra Frölunda. The primary responsibility is to support users on-site at Landskrona, as well as providing remote support to other sites primarily in the northern part of Sweden, including Örebro, Umeå, Stockholm, Skellefteå, and Jönköping. This includes both office employees and service technicians who use Android tablets and smartphones as their IT tools. We provide support by remotely controlling their devices using TeamViewer. Knowledge of Intune is desirable.
Other Tasks:
Assisting with Windows 10 installations (usingSCCM ), currently rolling out Windows 11.
Troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Configuring and setting up mobile phones and tablets according to our processes.
Occasional application installations, mostly managed with SCCM.
Familiarity with Active Directory.
Experience with Office365, Teams, OneDrive.
Previous use of a ticketing system, we use ServiceNow.
Ordering computers, mobile phones, and other IT end-user equipment.
Requirements:
Location: The work is on-site in Landskrona
Scope: The assignment is full-time.
No on-call duty or work outside of office hours is required.
