Project Manager Lead for the Automotive Industry 

Star date: 2024-01-01\ End date: 2024-05-03\ \ General Project Management is managing projects in purchasing, logistics, HR, Finance or any other non-technical, non-IT, non-technology engineering projects, including:

• Organizing project teams
• assigning individual responsibilities
• developing project schedules
• determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards
• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)

On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables. Project Manager on Lead level is a specialist in general project management typically obtained through education and work experience. Manage projects with high complexity for major delivery with medium to high impact on the business. Support teams on how to apply PM expertise skills. Most probably has a certification in project management.\ \ Responsibilities typically include:\ - Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager.\ - Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.\ - Problems faced are difficult and often complex.\ \ Lead: position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience\ \ To apply: CV in English
