We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer for mobile apps
As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and users, to translate user needs into meaningful design solutions.
Responsibilities/ Expectations from the role
- Conduct user research, both qualitative and quantitative, and analyze and present insights to the product team. Analyze and follow up user research.
- Design user flows and interfaces for our digital services in the Retail area with the user in focus.
- Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders.
Required skills/competencies
Must-have
- Relevant education in interaction design, service design or equivalent field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer for mobile apps.
- Experience in planning and executing user tests.
- The ability to analyze and design user flows and know UX best practices.
- Has experience designing UI for mobile apps and good insight into the design systems for iOS and Android.
- Understands the basics of graphic design and typography.
- Have worked with, or even developed, UI libraries in Figma.
- Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design must fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem.
- Understands the basics of how to design for accessibility and the WCAG requirements.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proficient in both Swedish and English.
