End date: 2025-05-31\ \ We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can design and architect intermediate applications to support the lighthouse as well as the finalized digital solution, as well as contribute in the actual development work. The architecture work will be done in collaboration with employed architects. \ \ The consultant should have prior experience in working with data heavy digital solutions and the logistics industry. Be able to participate in discussions and workshops focusing on a wide range of aspects related to the modus operandi of the client as a company, and how the proposed changes fit within the existing system landscape. \ \ Our data platform and cloud environment are built on the Azure tech stack, therefore prior experience in working with the Azure tech stack, and experience in working with modern data/cloud platforms is important. Previous experience working in the logistics industry as well as with first & last mile delivery planning and route optimization is a plus. \ \ The client has chosen Microsoft Azure as the main cloud environment for developing and deploying digital applications.\ \ More details:\ The Lighthouse is already live and is in the process of deciding the overall OKRs, documenting the as-is workflows; as well as outlining the target workflows, including the relevance of information flows and user personas. \ \ As the Solution Architect for the First/Last Mile Logistics Lighthouse you will participate and collaborate in developing architectural designs in collaboration with other architects. with the aim to ensure that all designs and solutions fit into the existing landscape of solution and and that they augment it where relevant.\ \ The position includes working closely with the business to identify issues and use modern digital interactions to create better, more efficient and scalable workflows.\ \ The position includes the following responsibilities:\ • Understanding the existing tech landscape and being able to leverage it and/or improve it\ • Understanding and applying the specific context of the business\ • Analyzing requirements\ • Leading analysis and selection of appropriate technologies\ • Designing, prototyping and developing digital applications\ • Establishing the development project environment and expanding it by onboarding additional developers\ \ Location:\ The majority of the work will be done in Solna, Sweden. Some travels to other sites could occur. We allow hybrid work practices, and if agreed with the Lighthouse manager, then it will be possible from time to time to work from home/off-site.\ \ Results:\ The candidate will define an architectural blueprint/design, that we allow us to take the next step in scaling up the team and start building the proposed solution. \ \ Requirements:\ We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can architect, design, develop and maintain software applications (or able to delegate parts thereof) . Previous experience working with data-centric full-stack applications is essential. You will work as part of a Scrum team and interact with business users to understand the requirements.\ \ At least 5 years’ experience working with scalable cloud-based enterprise applications. \ \ • Experience with Microsoft Azure services\ • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps\ • Experience with microservice architecture\ • Experience with building frontend and backend applications that compose over REST APIs and various types of data sources (SQL, CSV, JSON)\ • Experience with building software using SOLID principles\ \ Merits: \ • Experience working with PySpark, Databrick and Power BI\ • Frontend developments skills\ • Experience in requirement processes for UI or UX \ • Experience in agile way of working (SCRUM)\ \ Language:\ English is required.
